CRITICAL RESPONSE : SHOULD ABORTION BE LEGALIZED ?
Abortion is a process of terminating of pregnancy. In some regions around the world abortion is prohibited. However there are certain states in the United State of America have rights to do abortion. This situation is led by the existing benefits of abortion that makes those states grants the rights.
Abortion is not against morality and ethics referring to article “Abortion is moral” by Brian Elroy Mckinley , the fetus is not a person , it is not physically independent, it does not have human rights ,abortion is not a murder . This means that abortion is not a murder because of that reason , but imposing the laws of abortion leads to thousands of deaths from illegal abortion. A person has the full right of themselves unlike the fetus. There is an argument these days that a fetus is a person that is indistinguishable from the rest of us and that it deserves rights equal to women's.
According to pro-life that supports the imposition of the abortion laws in Linda Lowen’s article “Ten arguments against abortion and for abortion” which is “those who choose abortions are often minors or young women with insufficient life experience to understand fully what they are doing. Actually there was no sharp drop in the number of women dying. Let’s look further.
