Main Characters:

Chance: He called Chauncy, he is the main person in this book. He lives in a house with a old man since he was a child. Chauncy mind is damaged and he has never been outside the house or the garden by the house in his life. On day he is in the garden and look after the flowers or he is in his room and look tv.
The old Man: He lives with Chauncy together and a daily died he.
EE: She lives in a house with her old and ill husband and someday he meets Chauncy by a car accident. Her driver has the debt.
Mr.Rand: He is EE´s husband and he is very ill. Mr.Rand is very rich and likes Chauncy very much.

The Story:
Chauncy likes to work in the garden and he likes how the plant grow up. In his other free time he watch tv and learn from the things which he sees and hears. He can read or write neither, therefore he has a handicap. In his life he does not have ever spoke with humans except with the old man and the house girl Louise. One day the old man died and short time thereafter suddenly the lawyers. He was unsure how he should react such situations because he has not yet seen before. They told him he leave the house tomorrow. The lawyers placed to it many ask however knew it on nothing an answer.
Next morning he left the house and did not know where he should go. He was a street after another, and thought. He has never been seen before the world outside the house. Suddenly he fell a strong pain on his leg, it was a car. The shocked owner of the car, Elizabeth Eve Rand - in short EE - takes Chance to her home in Washington D.C.,   where a doctor is staying with her because her husband has been very ill. Chance introduced his self as Chance, Chance the Gardner. So that was the moment where the first misunderstanding happened- Chauncey Gardiner she believed. All the answers he gave all the metaphor he told are things that he has seen once in TV. He does not understand what de women said.
