Why do the conflicts of organization will happen? For the conflict of organization, how much do you know about it? In this assignment I had already done some research in this issue. First, I will introduce about what is the meaning of organization conflicts. Organization conflicts means a state of discord caused by the actual or perceived opposition of needs, values and interests between people working together. Sometimes, some conflicts are also caused by the reason of authority or power from manager. They were cared about how to divide their revenues in company. How many revenues they will get? How the work should be done and how long and hard people should work.
From now I will introduce four types of conflict such as interpersonal conflict, intragroup conflict, intergroup conflict and interorganizational conflict. Firstly, interpersonal conflict is between individuals based on differing goals. Secondly, intragroup conflict is occurs within a group or team. Thirdly, intergroup conflict is occurs between 2 or more teams or groups. Hence, manager is an important role in this type of conflict. Lastly, interorganizational conflict is occurs across organizations. In this condition, managers is an important role of evil, normally he is not behaving ethically. For example, the manager privately uses some funds from company to pay their water bill.
In fact, the organization conflict is caused by a lot of factors such as group identification, interdependence and others reasons. Normally, the organization conflict is happened in all the company. It will affect some employees to become more moodiness or mad. Sometimes, it will also affect some people to leave the company through some people trapped them. So, we can conclude that, it is not any perfect company or people in this world. Therefore, I will explain all the factors and suggestion after that.
