- Summary

The story is a bout a girl named Clara, who is fifteen and a half years old. One day at school she undress her self to a school assembly and walks past the lines of her schoolmates and the Headmisters.
The next day at school Clara is a celebrity right up to dinner-timer, and then it takes of a little bit. After school Clara talks with the Head about what is happening, and the Head tells her that she will write a note to Clara’s mom.
On her way home from School she sit on the top deck in the buss by her self and looks down the pavements, she notice that everyone has bare legs, there are flesh everywhere.
The letter from the Head come a couple of days later. Clara was taking the letter, and at the same movement Stan her mom’s boyfriend come out just wearing underpants, and says hey to Clara. Clara pulls her dressing-grown more closely round her, and answers. Clara always news when Stan is in the house, while his aftershave is so powerful.
She goes down to her mom and stand, who having breakfast. Her mom opens the letter and start laughing. She tells Stand to read it too, and he says that he wish that he has been there.
Clara’s mom and Stan bang out of the house. The door slams and Clara starts to cry.

Characterization of Clara:
Clara is a woman charter, her name is Clara and she is fifteen and a half years old.
She lives with her mom who is a dentist’s receptionist and has flexible hours. In the afternoons her mom is with her friend Stan, so Clara doesn’t talk that much with her mom.
She doesn’t like her mom’s boyfriend Stan very much. When she sees Stan, she pulls her clothes more closely around her, so he can’t see anything.
She has always been such a prude since she was a toddler. No one was allowed to see her in the bluff since she was twelve....
