In the past ten years there has been a lot of research done on global warming and the effects of fossil fuels.   There is an ongoing debate about whether global warming is real or just scientific manipulation of numbers.   There have been congressional hearings and world summits that address the use of fossil fuels and its effect on global warming.   There is a chasm between third world countries and industrialized nations.   Is global warming real or not, what are the effects? Explain in detail the issues for both sides.   Give your opinion and support it with data.   Devise a feasible plan to appease both sides of the global warming debate
