After doing some research, I have found an RV site at Mendenhall Lake where you can stay in your RV. I have not found any Priuses but have found a Ford Focus from Hertz for only $1,543 total for the 3 week stay. You can rent an RV for $209 a day for a total of $4389. The Mendenhall Lake Campground is approximately 13 miles from downtown Juneau. Here is a possible itinerary:
July 6th Arrive in Juneau, pick up rental car and drive to RV site where you will get your RV. Spend rest of day at leisure.
July 7th Discover Mendenhall Glacier. Stop by at the visitor center and learn about the ecosystems and protection of fish and wildlife.
July 8th Visit Tracy Arm Fjord where you can spend all day looking at the Sawyer Glaciers and wildlife on the way, such as whales, sea lions, bears.
July 9th Paddle the Channel Islands. Here you can see infinite islands. You can see and abundance of wildlife and birds.
July 10th Whale Watching. Discover Juneau’s majestic scenery while you spend the day whale watching.
July 11th Rainforest nature walk. Step into the Alaska rainforest and have a naturalist share stories of the plants, animals, and people
July 12th Explore the city of Juneau and take a tram. Also, walk one of Juneau’s famous mountains
July 13th Take a dog sled adventure where you can visit the historic AJ Gold Mine site and be greeted by Iditarod Mushers
July 14th Take the White Pass Railroad where you can see vast waterfalls, rushing torrents, and mountainsides
July 15th Glacier and Trail Hike. You can hike on scenic West Glacier trail, mountaineer on the icefield, and ice climb on the glacier.
July 16th Explore the many shops Juneau has to offer and attend the Salmon Creek Salmon Bake
July 17th Go on a photo safari of Juneau where a photographer will take you to local hot spots
July 18th Take another hike along Windfall Lake trail. Here you can take through the forest and visit Windfall Lake
