When people arrive to America they expect to start a new life and pursue happiness. However, most of them will only find their lives to be harder as an individual living in America. America is made up to be a land that immigrants built a land of equal opportunity freedom and the pursuit for happiness. At least this is every immigrant’s perspective on America and American life. There is still a lot of unequal freedom for minorities and immigrants. For instance the American prisons are getting overfilled with prisoners sixty percent of those inmates are African Americans. However no society can always be perfect and a little bit of crime keeps the people in line. What I mean by this is that we learn from history and people living in a society will often learn from the mistakes that they created.
Freedom, opportunity and inequality are the three functions that were built to make up America. The glory of the human race is the uniqueness of each individual, the fact that every person, though similar in many ways to others, possesses a completely individuated personality of his or her own. If freedom is a necessary condition for the full development of the individual, it is by no means the only requirement. Society itself must be sufficiently developed. If freedom leads to a widely division of labor in a country then the country will struggle with a over growing amount of immigrants. For Americans to have an extent the division of labor is based around the market. Social justice is both a philosophical problem and an important issue in politics, religion and civil society. Most individuals wish to live in a just society, but different political ideologies have different conceptions of what a 'just society' actually is. The term "social justice" is often employed by the political liberal perspective to describe a society with more economic equalitarianism, which may be achieved through progressive taxation and income...
