This report is about the success of Steve Job ‘pioneer of Apple computer’. In this report we discussed the abilities and qualities that he contributes to the success of Apple computer. How he made the Apple computers one of leading organization in world by using his leadership qualities.
Before discussing Steve Job I tried to clear some idea about the leadership with help of its importance and with some leadership theories. After that leadership importance and theories, I tried to explain Steve job success with relation to leadership theories. After researching and reading though the Steve job life, I clearly conclude that no one particular theory can be assign to his leadership style. He used different leadership theories at different time according to demand.
