Cultural Diversity/Solidarity can be related in business ethics in the way that in a business community where there are different people coming from different places. In cases where there are conflicts between employees, the manager can assess the causes of the problem between employees by knowing what kind of culture those employees have. In a corporate practice and career specialization, as we know business ethics is normative, it tell what should we do or what should the manager should in case a conflicts happen in his/her management. In the report we had, we compare the culture of the different regions in the Philippines and also other countries. Our topic is one of the branches of Peace Education, when a person interact with someone who has a different tradition or culture their is a possibility that you can acquire some values from that person. Those person can share their culture to build a better relationship thus acquiring knowledge that are new to them. Philippines is an archipelagic country so the perception of is that the country is not united because of different cultures, for example is the ARMM region, we all know that the region is now autonomous to the national government mainly because of the culture especially the religion. But the advantages of being an archipelagic country is that we had a diversified culture where the citizen of the Philippines can develop their attitudes, skills, and behaviors to live in harmony with oneself, with others, and with the natural environment.
