Essay- 5 Math experiences.
When I was younger math was my favorite subject, it was something that I felt very confident with. Unlike English, science, and literature, math was the only subject that really came to me. I remember when I was a kid my dad would test me on math questions, usually about time. How many seconds are in an hour, how many seconds are in 7 hours? I was probably about 7 years of age, and it really impressed family friends when the answer was right and done quicker than they could.

I didn’t understand a word the teacher was saying, it was like I was reading a different language. I was confused and began taking lots of tutoring sessions. I can’t say it really helped when it came to geometry because to this day I still don’t understand it.

A lot of the kids followed me whenever I went to exchange because I would find the cheapest rate. My teacher even followed me after he got jerked out of his money the first time. The basic math is what I can do very well.
When I began taking the SATs, My math scores were terrible....
