Persuasive Essay
      Time management has become crucial in recent years due to the busy world that we live. Time management is giving importance to priorities, and meeting deadlines. Time management helps Aaron organize her life more effective and efficiently. Aaron day-to-day time management issue is that in between work, school, children, and maintaining a household he cannot find the time to do other activities that he enjoy doing. He does not have time to spend with family and friends. It seems as though he has no balance in his life right now. He is overworked and becoming stressful. This paper will explain the following, the kinds of information gathered to solve this problem, where this information can be obtained, the process to evaluate the information, and the information to resolve the problem. Time management is important because it helps the individual to use his time more productively which enables him to accomplish more in shorter periods.
Identify Kinds of Information
The kinds of information Aaron gathered to help solving the time management problem is using the S.M.A.R.T goals. He has to be specific in setting goals he wants to achieve.   M is for measurable meaning he has to give a date in which he wants to achieve his goals. He has to set goals that are achievable based on his available assets. Realistically Aaron must set goals according to the set time frame to achieve his goals. The goals also must be timed according to short or long term objectives to be effective with managing his time. The information about S.M.A.R.T goals can be obtained from the Internet, University of Phoenix library, and other scholarly articles.” Once you have planned your project, turn your attention to developing several goals that will enable you to be successful. Goals should be SMART - specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic and time-based” (By Duncan Haughey, PMP, 2009).
