Persuasive Essay

Smokers should stop smoking. Smoking is very addicting to people and is bad for them and the environment.   It can cause many diseases and problems to people. Also, it can kill people and cause relatives and family friends to hurt also due to problems the smoker runs into. Smoking can cause physical and mental appearance. Pregnant women also can harm themselves and the child they are carrying while they are smoking due to the chemicals.
Smoking can cause many diseases and problems physically and mentally. Smokers run into many complications while using the addicting object called a cigarette. Cigarettes have addicting materials in them such as nicotine, which is what makes it so hard for people to stop. When people keep smoking the nicotine affects their body badly by causing them to get lung cancer, lung diseases, possible death and breathing problems. When people smoke their lungs start to become discolored and black specks begin to appear which then causes the lungs to turn completely black.   When it turns black the lungs get smaller and do not operate right which causes the diseases and death. When the lungs start to shrible up it makes the smoker not to be able to walk long distances or be in the cold because they cannot breathe properly. The inside of the body begins to look nasty and dark, and it begins to stop making other organs work properly.
There are many risks when you are smoking besides problems and diseases. When a woman is pregnant she can harm the baby in many ways. It can cause the baby to have fetal brain damage, premature birth, and even death.   The women can also encounter becomes older it can get ADD, respiratory disorders, and behavioral problems. When a woman harm to herself like high blood pressure, obesity, delivery and other birth problems. As the baby smokes the chemicals into her blood stream it passes directly to the baby’s body.
