Most athletes have a ritual or pre-performance routine before engaging in any sport but in my case, when I played football, basketball and ran track in high school I had ritual for my parents to be there at all my games so I would play harder. When I played football my team always did everything together right after school. We would eat a plate lunch then take an hour of sleep, jog four laps around the football field, watch a motivation movie like remember the titans then get on the bus have a prayer together and drive to the game. basketball was a little different instead of eating after school I would go to the gym and practice my free throws and some jump shots, eat and go home and take a two hour nap go back to the school and practice my shooting some more. In track I was a sprinter so before my track meets I would start stretching the day before and resting a lot. Once at the track meet would hydrate because of the heat back home on Kauai and take a few sprints and practice in jogging motion for the 4x1 relay.

African American also dominates the sport of football and basketball because many of them have superior athletic ability to their white...
