‘’It is impossible to reduce stress’’ Do you agree or disagree? Explain your reasons
In the world today, many people think that stress can’t be controlled or reduced and the negative thought is really nothing to write home about. Personally I think stress can be reduced. Firstly we must highlight the meaning, causes, effect and how we can be able to deal with stress. Knowing all this will help in the dealing and reduction of stress.
Stress is not a deadly disease or illness, though it can be harmful when in its chronic stage.it is a feeling that is created when we react to a particular event, furthermore it is also caused by physical responses. Stress are caused in two ways, which are external and internal factors but we should know that not every stress is caused by this factors some are self-generated. It might be from our busy day to day activities, relationship difficulties, family and children issues, major life changes and lots more. However all this can be dealt with by individuals knowing that we are in control of stress and not the other way round. The introduction of stress quick relief method have been created to help us reduce stress, one example is relaxation after much work
Finally I believe the possibility of stress reduction is wild, knowing now that we are in control of our stress, and dealing with them whenever stress occurs will be easy. We don’t have to agree with the fact that it can’t be reduced.
